This hummus is simple, quick and pretty healthy! Try it as a dip for a snack or spread it on bread for a sandwich.
Hummus

1 15 oz can of chickpeas, drained and rinsed
1/3 cup organic tahini (roasted not raw)
Juice and zest from 1 lemon
1 clove garlic, crushed
1/2 tsp sea salt
1-2 Tbsp olive oil
2/3 cup water
1/8 teaspoon cumin (add more if you like)
1/8 teaspoon paprika (add more if you like)
Add the tahini, the lemon juice and the lemon zest to a food processor and blend until smooth.
Add the garlic, salt, cumin and paprika, water and olive oil and blend it again.
Add the chickpeas and blend until it's completely smooth.
