Don't have a lot of time to prepare breakfast in the morning? Try this overnight oatmeal...no cooking involved. Make this recipe your own and let me know what you think in the comments.
Apple Cinnamon Overnight Oatmeal
1 cup nondairy milk (If you like a thicker oatmeal, reduce the amount of milk to 3/4)
1/2 cup old fashioned oats
1/2 cup diced, steamed apples
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup Fiber One cereal
Combine all of the ingredients except the Fiber One.
Refrigerate overnight.
In the morning, add the Fiber One and enjoy!
